The genesis of Margaret becoming a Realtor is her enjoyment of being around other people and meeting new friends through real estate. In 2010 Margaret's daughter-inlaw, Ashley Lynch joined her as an associate and partner with her real estate team. Ashley is originally from Nashville, TN and graduated from David Lipscomb University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. She and Margaret's son, Patrick are the proud parents of Maggie and Jackson. They enjoy family activities and have 2 Boxers, a Boston Terrier and a cat. They are very active member of the Winchester Church of Christ and the Winchester Christian Academy.

Margaret also has a support staff that is very knowledgeable of the Franklin County area and the latest technology. Terri Lee is a licensed Realtor and has been with Margaret for over 15 years as her personal assistant and office manager. Patsy Truslow joined the Company 10 years ago and is also a licensed Realtor. This past year with the support of her staff and an excellent client base Margaret closed over $14,000,000 in Real Estate. She and her staff are always available to assist you with any of your real estate needs.
