The Lynch Family

I'm Margaret Lynch, Owner/Broker of Coldwell Banker Lynch-Rigsby Realty & Auction, L.L.C., and I've been selling real estate in Franklin County since 1982. Please let me introduce my family, my company and myself.

I was born in Mayfield, Kentucky, and grew up there. I came to Tennessee to attend David Lipscomb University in Nashville, and soon discovered that Tennessee had so much to offer I never wanted to leave! I met Ben Lynch, who is from Winchester, and after college we married and made our home in Franklin County. Ben an attorney, and I have three grown children; Kim and her husband Rufus Jones, Katie and her husband Paul Major and my son, Patrick and his wife Ashley Lynch. We also have five wonderful grandchildren-Corley, Lynch and Leah Major and Maggie and Jackson Lynch.

While raising my family, I wanted to work, and also wanted to contribute to the community that I have come to love. My success in real estate and my involvement in the Franklin County community attest to my dedication to the area. Since my career began I have worked to keep the area a place where people are proud to live and raise their families. My achievements place me second to none in the Franklin County real estate business.

Several years after my career began, I joined Mary Bean Realty, an established firm with offices on the square in Winchester. When Mary decided to sell her business in 1995, my nephew Brooks and I bought it and stayed at the same location. We established Lynch & Lynch Real Estate, and were pleased and fortunate to be able to keep the experienced agents who had worked for Mary. In 1998 Brooks went into another line of business, and I continued as a single proprietor until August 2010 when I merged with B.J. Rigsby Coldwell Banker. We became Coldwell Banker Lynch-Rigsby Realty & Auction, L.L.C. with 23 agents.

The Lynch-Rigsby team have a combined total of over 100 years of real estate success - right here in Franklin County! Our experience enables us to deliver:
